New Zealand - July 2004 |

In July 2004 I traveled to
New Zealand to launch our Ocean Avenger
Beam Drill Line and get our Ocean
Machinery Brand known on the other side of the Pacific Ocean.
I had a great ten days
over there, spending most of my time in and around the beautiful city of
Auckland, and I even managed to get some skiing in at Ohakune on the North
Island, and had the distinct pleasure skiing with a cute new friend
Rebecca who grew up only a few miles from Ohakune and who now works in
Wellington.
What a stunning country -
this place rocks. Beautiful countryside, friendly people, great sailing,
tons of coastline, and adventurous spirit - what a blast.
Will be going back soon!

getting to see my great friends Megan and Tjaart and their great kids -
