Danny and sailing friend Hunter Fry became partners when Danny purchased half of Hunters steel fabricating machinery business. First Danny got the website got going, providing daily business over the internet. Next Hunter and Danny started specializing in CNC solutions for small fabricators becoming the most successful seller of beam lines in the USA from 2002 onwards. Ocean Machinery distributes quality structural steel fabricating machinery in Florida the Caribbean and Central and South America.

Ocean Machinery also markets and sells its own line of "Ocean" steel fabricating machinery around the world. These machines include....

• The Ocean Liberator CNC Beam Coping Machine for coping and cutting all steel profiles.

2002-Present :- Landscape Genie Lawn and landscape Service in Fort Lauderdale

Danny financed a small startup business to provide quality lawn and landscape service in his local neighborhood. Teaming up with Tryon Casey, Landscape Genie became profitable almost from the beginning. Still a small company, the Landscape Genie logo can be seen all around East Broward County. The Landscape Genie provides professional landscape and lawn service, as well as tree and hedge trimming to residences and commercial property in East Fort Lauderdale.

2000-Present :- African Offroad Tours Dirt Bike Tours to Africa

Danny joined South African partners Warren Murray and Craig Williams to form African Offroad Tours - a company providing full service dirt bike tour packages in South Africa. Everything seemed to be on target and then 9/11 hit and the American desire for foreign tourism dried up. Danny stuck it out, kept the African Offroad Tour flag flying high, and recently the market has begun to turn - dirt bike riders are signing up for their tours. 2000-Present :- Adept Productions Search Engine Optimization

Adept Productions was born out of the need to get Danny's Photography site ranked higher in the search engine results. It soon became apparent that Search Engine Optimization would become a thriving industry and Danny started offering his services to a range of companies. Adept Productions is a profitable local Fort Lauderdale business providing Search Engine Optimization and other Web Marketing Services

1973-Present :- Danny Steyn Photography serving Fort Lauderdale, Miami, South Florida and the Caribbean Islands

Having been an accomplished and well published photographer in South Africa, Danny decided to start his photographic business in the USA after parting ways with Safari. Danny Steyn Photography has grown into a thriving South Florida Studio. Danny employs two photographers, Brian Immke who specializes in people photography, and Jason Kennedy who specializes in product photography. 1994-1999 :- Safari Thatch and Bamboo

Garth and Laraine Wight founded the company and Danny joined them while they were still working out of their garden gazebo. The One-Stop-Jungle-Shop was born and a new vibrant marketing program was launched. With new enthusiasm Safari grew rapidly over the years to become a $5Million company and became recognized in the industry as one of the heavy hitters in the specialist themed entertainment space.  Danny moved on in 1999.
